TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER/CLIENT APPLICATION AGREEMENT TO THE TADELANTO WWW.TADELANTO.COM WEBSITE AND THE TADELANTO MOBILE APPLICATION OF TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S.

​The CLIENT AND/OR USER is the natural or legal person who, directly or through authorized third parties, contracts with TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., for the use of its website https://www.tadelanto.com and Tadelanto mobile application one or more requests and that they have the legal capacity to contract.

​The USER/CLIENT is the recipient of the service.

​The OBJECT is THE REQUEST of the USER, and it is the service of the advances of accrued salary determined according to the limits of labor norms and the accrued salary, there are no credit quotas or any other similar that are related to financial activities. The service has been created to generate liquidity for the person without having to wait for payroll and without having to acquire debts with financial products.

​TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., undertakes to timely deliver to the USER AND/OR CLIENT the advance salary accrued according to the days requested by the USER/CLIENT through the website https://www.tadelanto.com and Tadelanto mobile application and in a prudent time equivalent to that taken by bank transactions, generating proof of delivery to the email informed by the employer. Therefore, TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., does not accept any claim for non-delivery of the USER/CLIENT APPLICATION caused by lack of communication from the employer by not delivering the email correctly or if it has been changed and not informed. However, TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., may certify a proof of delivery when it deems it pertinent.

​The value of this contract is the one agreed by TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., with the USER/CLIENT at the time of requesting the payroll advance service, this service has a value of 5% (commission) calculated on the amount requested of the payroll advance, plus VAT, which corresponds to 19%, calculated on the commission.

​Once the single term (of a single payment) of each request made by the USER/CLIENT ends, its value may vary as determined by TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., for future requests.

​With the acceptance of this document, the USER/CLIENT is obliged to pay the value of the salary advance request, which will be broken down as follows: The USER/CLIENT will assume the costs of commission and VAT described above and the employer will reimburse the corresponding accrued salary advance in a single payment, determined by the next payroll payment.

​By mutual agreement, the payment for the consideration of the service is made with the electronic sales invoice if the USER/CLIENT requests it or otherwise, it will be informed by means of the proof of delivery sent to the email.

​TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S. will assume the service has been delivered, unless the USER/CLIENT expressly states that they have not received it. The USER/CLIENT must report the non-delivery of the requested accrued salary advance no later than three (3) business days following the date on which the advance service was not received. However, the evidence of the delivery receipt of the requested salary advance is kept. 


​The USER/CLIENT expressly authorizes TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., to store and use personal data in order to link it to provide the Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com service; for the treatment of the same, including biometric data, in order to execute the object transaction, deliver, transmit or share information with risk entities, the latter if required by law; and with strategic allies in order to be contacted to send information and offers of products and/or services.

​Claims (Guarantee): It will be understood that the service acquired through TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., because it is carried out by technological means, will be assumed to be delivered to satisfaction, unless the USER/CLIENT expressly states through any of our channels enabled for it, no have received it within three (3) business days following the agreed date. After this period of time without the USER/CLIENT having made a statement, it will be understood that the service was delivered satisfactorily, having as support the proof of delivery of the advance with their data..

​There are no general conditions for retracting the service for the USER/CLIENT once the salary advance has been disbursed to their previously informed bank account, since the service has already been performed.

​Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com; and all its components, including without limitation and among others, the text, images and audio, are the reserved rights of TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., who reserves the right to modify its content, scope, terms and conditions, as well as any element and component of Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com; at any time and without prior notice.

​The services available from Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com; may be periodically updated by TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., unilaterally.

​The change of services will not represent a violation of the Terms and Conditions. TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., reserves the right to limit certain uses and characteristics of Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com such as the services of restricting your partial or total access to it without the obligation to give prior notice or present any justification.

​The USER/CLIENT authorized by TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., may use the Tadelanto site www.tadelanto.com and the services agreeing to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

​The services available on the site may be limited and different depending on the geographical location. The site could have geolocation tools for the USER/CLIENT.

​Any type of responsibility that could be attributed to TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S. is expressly excluded, as a consequence of the modifications, suspensions or interruptions, permanent or temporary, suffered by Tadelanto www.tadelanto.com; or the services.

​These Terms and Conditions with their modifications will be in force until the moment in which the parties decide to terminate them by mutual agreement, or by means of prior notice of at least 30 days. Without forgetting the foregoing, the restrictions, obligations and risks assumed by the USER/CLIENT when accepting the Terms and Conditions, as well as the limitations of liability, exemptions established by TRANSFORMA IDEAS S.A.S., in these Terms and Conditions, will survive the termination of the same.
